One of the most harrowing moments of the game sees you fly over a slave camp watching black and Chinese workers sing their troubles away. It could be seen as social commentary as segregation is a part of this highly religious world. Religion plays a huge role in the game. Every solitary citizen of Columbia is driven by a prophecy that has been seen by Zachary Comstock. But there are those that dont believe in the prophecy."

There are so many things BioShock Infinite does right that its really difficult to ignore. Between the story, characters and action, Infinite is easily one of this years best interactive endeavors.

It undeniably lives up to the hype and delivers about the best 10-hours of a single player campaign I have experienced so far this year. The story, albeit rather complex, is riveting and the gameplay is highly enjoyable. BioShock Infinite also hits home runs in the visual and audio departments. Some of the framerate issues, backtracking, and that nasty glitch I encountered when I ran into the first fireman, cast somewhat of a shadow over the entire experience though. Bioshock Infinite is a game that built on the foundations laid out by the original but manages to inject its own individuality. Its clear that infinite is a vast improvement over the original. Its a faster pace than the original but still carries the sense of dread and explorations.
